He whizzed past me in a blur of grey and curly hair, stopped suddenly and turned around, flashing an impish grin at both me and his mama. Then as quickly as he stopped, he took off again, laughing and kicking up dirt as he ran around us, a tiny but mighty ball of energy.
His wild and unapologetic energy is part of what is so endearing about sweet Isaac! It’d been two years since I last saw him and his mama Brooke, and in those two years, Isaac grew from a tiny, toddling one year old to a walking, talking big three year old. He’s outgoing and polite with incredible language skills that make you forget he’s a new three (because let’s be honest, there’s a big difference between a 36 month old and a 47 month old).
Once we were able to reign in this wild man, he was actually incredibly sweet with his mama. It was a beautiful session to get back into the swing of things after our honeymoon.
