Finding the right photographer for your family session can be tough. There are so many talented Baltimore area photographers, each with their own style and approach. Photography is an art, after all! Here you’ll find some examples of photographs you might find in your family gallery.

My Photography Style

My style is described as lifestyle photography. I aim to artfully capture every day moments for your family. Unlike documentary photography, I offer prompts and guidance to beautifully photograph the love, joy, and connection that naturally exists in your family. Similarly, I don’t strive for posed portraits with everyone looking at the camera.

If your desired end goal is to come away with perfectly posed portraits with every family member looking and smiling, I am not the right photographer for you.

My goal is to photograph your family laughing, playing, snuggling, enjoying each other’s company, and all the little details in between that tell your family’s story. Gummy baby smiles, chubby toddler fingers wrapped around yours, sweet rosy cheeks, bouncing curls while your baby dances, all of it.

Will there be one or two of everyone looking at the camera? Probably. But also, maybe not.
